I try to be honest and tell them what I am thinking without trying to hurt anyone's feelings. I noticed that a lot of times people really only like it when they see what they want to hear.

I speak how I feel... no need to sugar coat or appease - we're all strangers. I believe in speaking freely, as long as you're not intentionally trying to be malicious.

I always speak my mind. I may not say all that I would like to say, but I'm always honest.

Advice is not what they want to hear.
It's what they need to hear.
And mostly, you know they're not going to listen,
but you offer it anyway.
