i am 5'8 140 pounds i am not bulky but i spend alot of time in the weight room i bench 100 pounds 7 sets of 12 i squat 160 pounds my 40 time is 4.9 and getting better i am 15 years old and going into 9th grade with 4 years football expeirience also my mile time is 5 min 15 sec i am also a hard hitter which ever side of the ball i am on what position should i play

You're going to grow more but I'd say safety at the present time. Cut the reps down from 12 to 6 and do some explosive lifts. Deadlifting ins't explosive but adds size and strength pretty quickly. Try to take in more protein as well. If your parents let you, add some protein shakes in the morning and the evening. If not, eat more eggs and chicken.

You Bench 100 lbs
your Squat should be at least double your bench

5'8 140lbs

I would say try-out for corner-back or Safety
if you have a wide frame i would say Linebacker

And eat a cheeseburger for christ sake

You could probably play receiver or cornerback.
