My calculator isn't functioning normal.It turns on but it won't accept any commands just a graph screen.The calculator is a Texas Instruments TI 83 plus any help please?

Your question is too vague, and there's no way to diagnose such problems without seeing it (for all we know, you simply aren't following the directions).

If it was purchased within the return time given from whomever it was bought, just return or exchange it. If it is after the return date, they might still be willing to help you, but, if it's under warranty, take it back to where you bought it or send it to the manufacturer to get it fixed or replaced. Otherwise, nobody else bothes to repair them, because they are pretty cheap, these days, so you might want to consider buying a new one.
