Disney spent a LOT of money to keep this quiet, but its well documented that Daisy Duck's sister Delilah Duck was a total pill head, and once tried to trade Dewey for some China White in a DEA sting operation. Walt managed to keep a lid on it (you could do that back in the 50s with a little hush money) but Donald eventually got custody of his nephews after Daisy ended up in the state mental hospital. She had some issues to deal with after her looks started to fade away. Ducks are really sensitive that way.
