This can be any wrestler as long as they've never been in WWE before. Unless it's like Bryan Danielson, AJ Styles, or Brent Albright because they were in WWE but for an extremely short time. It can be anyone from Pro Wrestling Noah, TNA, ROH, even CZW.

I'd like to say Danielson, but he's the complete opposite of what WWE pushes. Hard to say, as some would be underutilized or just wouldn't fit in the WWE.
First guys to come to my head are either Jimmy Jacobs or Delirious. Both have great WWE-style gimmicks already, with Jacobs really developing his character over the years, and both guys, with a slight change in style, could make great stalwarts of the cruiser division and beyond if the fans get behind them. They're two guys who I think could easily adapt to the WWE atmosphere.
Also, Amazing Kong in the WWE to beat down Candice Michelle would be a tremendous sight.

I'd like to see Road Dogg and Billy Gunn back in WWE.
I know that's weird for a lot of people to hear, but think about it.
First of all, those guys can still generate more of a reaction from the audience than a lot of the younger tag teams (Jesse & Festus, Deuce & Domino, Majors, Highlanders). Also, they're more experienced than any of those teams I listed.
So, yeah, these guys are more popular than the young guys, and they can work better than them.
It's a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Samoa Joe has the skills to compete and put on great shows, but Vince would only use him for a short amount of time before he is wrestling Eugene every week.

I would like to see Samoa Joe in WWE also but I can guarantee Vince would give him some stupid name and put him in some even worse trunks.

I would like to see Samoa Joe come to the WWE as I think he would fit in well there. As for American Dragon, his style does not mix well with WWE so as talented as he is, I don't see him having sucess there.
