Do you put your hands in your pockets a lot?

I wouldn't know what to do with my hands if I didn't have pockets.

Yeah, in my hoodie pockets! That's why I always wear a hoodie, even in the summer! I can't put them in my pants pockets! I feel incomplete without my hoodie! It's like my Linus blanket, lol!

Yeah I do. I usually don't notice it but my left hand is almost always in my pocket. Probably because that's the pocket I keep my phone in and I text a LOT.

Pretty much everyone does although it is something we should not do often or in certain situations. On the job it makes you look lazy or like you aren't doing anything. A good alternative if you have to rest your hands is the hold them together in front of you or behind your back

I let my hands be by my sides. Putting hands in pockets shows nervousness or insecurity. At least sometimes.

putting your hands in your pockets is a sign of insecurity and lets people around you know that you are not accessible or (closed circle) it is a bad sign for negotiating and a bad sign for transmitting sincerity and understanding. My recommendation is you pay more attention to your inner feelings when you do this and you will find you usually do it when you are uncomfortable. ciao

I know aha I agree, it's really akward for me to just stand in front of someone talking with my arms at my sides, and if I don't have anything to hold I'll put them in my pockets =)
