We all came from Adam...right? But no, of course not. You better show him this answer. Sorry pal, but Tom Brady and Peyton Manning, while both great quarterbacks, are not related. Manning has a little brother named Eli who is quarterback for the Giants, though. They have similar colors to Brady's Patriots, so maybe that's where the mixup occurred.

Actually, Peyton manning and Eli manning are related. That might have been who that kid was thinking about.
