I have The Sims 2 installed with 2 stuff packs, Teen Style Stuff and Happy Holiday stuff, no other expansions. I am not sure which disk to use to play it, because Teen Style Stuff has it's own icon, and I'm not sure the Holiday pack stuff will be included if I use the Teen Style one

You'll be using Teen Style Stuff. I believe you always need the most recent disc in terms of release date (not in terms of the order you installed them).
The items download to your computer, so they will be in your game.
If you're not sure which disc to use, put one of them in and it will tell you which one you need if that's not the right one.
