i seen it on a shirt i wanted but i want to know what it means before i buy it.

My take on that phrase is that it's directed at religous zealots who try to convert people or claim that everything they do is God's will and it's telling them to stop.

It is a dyslexic message to tell dog owners to not allow their dogs to relieve themselves in the pavement.

It is supposed to be funny.

Do you think it is funny? Me neither.
