It seems to be raising its ugly head in the US. Racism is rotting America and those that are the worst offenders are the loosers in life. If you could see those that spread the worst hate on here I can almost see what they are like in reality, I am sure they are not educated, they do not attend school or work and collect a welfare check and spend hours spreading hate on here. Yahoo needs to get rid of them.

I like Government and Politics, and Society and Culture.
I think a lot of it is misunderstood humor posted by people with poor spelling and punctuation abilities.

Its not just racism. People are using this site to push many hate agendas. But I don't think its a large proportion of users. Usually if you check the profile of someone that asks a dumb racist question, they've asked several of them. All we can do is report them and hope Yahoo bans them.

Stop trying to create something that is a figment of your imagination. Racism is not everywhere. Some people on this site have difficulty expressing themselves and may sound a bit racist to someone who is just looking for a reason to yell racism.

Cowards tend to pick places where they can remain anonymous to state hateful views. Take the KKK...please! (they wear sheets to cover their faces because they are too afraid to be identifiable). I am a White teacher who teaches in a school where 95% of my students are Afro-American (8th grade Math), and whenever I see racist comments, I must take them personally because those cowards are telling me that no matter what I've given my life to, they will never allow my students to make a name for themselves because of their skin pigmentation! They are telling me that they don't care to even know my students..they are going to hate them no matter what. That is just downright UNACCEPTABLE!

Some of it is genuine dislike/hatred for other groups.
