"Quagmire has several oft-used catchphrases, including Giggity giggity goo (and variations thereof, excitedly), and Alll riiight (slyly), both usually indicating perceived sexual situations or opportunities; these exclamations are often accompanied by a trademark head bob. His earliest catchphrase, Oh! (in arrogant triumph, cf. Andrew Dice Clay), is usually delivered with a pelvic thrust."

"Giggidy giggidy" is not a word. I went on www.m-w.com (a dicitionary site) and there was no definition for it. (This is not like dictionary.com that doesn't help at all.) If you want to know what other words mean, then go onto that website!

It's just a nonsensical catch phrase like "Waka waka" or "Yabba Dabba Doo". It's usually meant to signify that Quagmire has said something of an overtly sexual nature.

This famous phrase is from Family Guy
It is from the character Quagmire. ( One with the big chin)

Giggity Giggity. All riet! (supposed to be "right")

He says it while doing the egyptian dance where you move your head forward and back.

well....a gig is something like a comedian having a a appearance somewhere. but that's not what your looking for. that's just Quagmire's (Family Guy) catch phrase, because he likes sex. it sounds right for that doesn't it? besides it's giggity giggity giggity. or giggity giggity goo.
