In the movie "Mulan" They say "scarier then the undertaker" and my younger sister asked what that was, since they were obviously not implying the wrestler.
So, what is the undertaker?

An undertaker is the person who deals with the burial of dead people. (which is why the wrestler took that name, implying "mess with me and you're dead!" ).
