All you're able to do is drink a good number of water. You made a physically powerful determination. the 2d hand smoke won't harm something (i replaced into around people who smoked the entire time i replaced into pregnant, and it replaced into never in my equipment or the child's equipment, and my infant is high quality) yet once you're extra mushy removed from it,in simple terms walk removed from the secondhand smoke. i will understand that, and the way it may be no longer straight forward on you in case you have in simple terms stopped. I understand the "addictive character" ingredient, yet you at the instant are not hooked on marijuana. it extremely is a nonaddicting drug.

You're not telling us how important this relative is to you. Reporting them to the police, while appropriate may get you into trouble with other relatives. You may or may not want this.
I would tell them they are not allowed to be around the child because of what they did.
But you MUST CONFRONT THEM!. Just don't let it slide. These people are irresponsible and dangerous.
Just remember, every creep in the world has relatives and we don't choose 'em but we do have to deal with 'em.

Apparently you are not a cannibus smoker, and you should tell them not to do it in front of your child. If they have any respect for you they won't do it. If they don't, find another babysitter. Some places consider it child abuse. I have smoked it for over 35 years, but I have always respected people who don't do it. I smoked it around my child when she was younger and shes a smoker herself. Don't believe everything you here about the effects. I'd rather smoke weed, then take perscription pills that you can get hooked on.

That would be the absolute last time that they would be in their care. None of you answers are the right one. This is not a simple situation. For my relative I have no idea what I might do, you don't give enough information to make that decision. As far as my kids, I would not let them in that situation one more second, even if it meant that I had to find another job.pp

You need to first discuss with your kids. Then speak to the relative and not allow them to watch your kids. No second chances when it comes to drugs.
Let the relative know that this doesn't mean you dislike them or won't let them be around your kids, but you should impress the need for supervision if this relative is with the kids at all times.
Explain your disappointment and then move on.

NEVER let them care for your child again! AND I would call the cops because if someone finds out you have been letting your kids stay with someone smoking it, they can report YOU to DCS! You will have a hard time proving that you didn't know about it before!! So report them, for you and the sake of keeping your children!!!!

Myself...I would definitely talk to the person who is smoking it around my child about it and then find someone else to care for my child. Because you never know that if you gave a second chance, they may get caught and you can loose your child.

I wouldn't go all extreme on the person or whatever, but I would just ask them to refrain form smoking while with the kid. If you're nice about it, the person would most likely obey your wishes considering it is your child. It's cool, just not around the kids, I mean at least until they're teenagers...

I would report them of course, but I think you should thread carfully as i know someone who had a similar situation and it turned rough on them as they found out who told the police, but i believe she done the right thing like come on its a small child they cant defend themself so others need to for them.
