Try not to sweat the stuff I cannot change, pray, hug and play with my cat ( I even let my cat hang in bed with me while I'm sleeping), eat sweets (something I need not do!), take a special bath, exercise, answer questions on here (answering questions here takes things off my mind), read the Bible, ask for God's help when I need it and put things in his hands. Watch Smallville, enjoy the beauty that is on this earth, even if it's as little as a colored leaf or the pond by the local junior college, listening to the right kind of music, play guitar ( I make up my own music), get lost in creative writing, use my back massager and feet massager.
As for special bath, I have a Conair Therapeutic sound machine, I play that, and I got this $5 fountain from Walgreen's that you put water in and the water flows out, and it's battery operated, and burn oils.
The bath would be a bubble bath, or using stuff you find in the kitchen to give myself an at-home spa-like bath or shower.
And just having things to look forward to.
I also find getting my eyebrows done relaxing. And once in a great while, getting my hair professionallly washed and dried is therapeutic.
When I have a chance, I'm going to try and write a journal. That can help.
I'm generally an upbeat person, but I sometimes do get irritated/annoyed/angry.

The ability to express differently to a certain extent.
Find something that motivates you to calm your anger, it may be having a punch bag, writing a poem, writing an entry in your diary, being creative.
Beware - do not look in food for comfort or sleeping.
The best way to beat anger is to have an optimistic perception and be able to stick to a ...routine, an example would be when you feel angry to breathe slowly and just listen. Then (if your in an argument keep calm) return to a special place and write an entry in your diary. carry on living.

I used to have serious anger issues a few years back and i got a mentor in my school. He gave me counselling and guidance, helped me talk about what made me angry and ways to calm myself down.
When you get mad try counting from 1-10, ignore the cause, take deep breaths, there are many methods but one of the best is talk about your problems, dont bottle up emotions because that makes you spark off easier when you get into a situation where you get angry.

Anger is something I give no time to. I really don't.~~
I may get irratated, annoyed or disgusted on occasion.~
I think when one is living the Godly life, it would be difficult to have anger. Mine would more likely be compassion vs anger.
