The PSP will probably never have a Flash Video player. It requires too much in resources. But there are several alternatives.
1. You can use the vixy.net online YouTube video Convertor directly from your PSP. (FLV to MP4) http://www.vixy.net
2. Get videos in PSP/iPod format from Guba http://www.guba.com/home_free
3. Use a PC Flash to Video Convertor

the psp already has a flash player is the only portablemusic thing/inteernet thing that has. it was avlaiable with the v2 update i think. my i pod touch doesnt got flash player.it sux!
