I like scrapbooking and making cards, but I cannot find a good way to store my 12x12 paper where it is easy to access, see all the colors, and not take up a lot of room. Any ideas?

I have vertical slots in my art work area, and with blocks of paper, I stand them vertically, with some rigid dividers between colors, or just to help hold them in place. Check with Daniel Smith Art Supplies and there is some furniture that could help, or even Ikea. But another way is to get those clear and/or colored clear folders that have closures,so the paper wont get jostled or damaged.

Scrapbook storage is kind of pricey when you buy it from a craft store, but here are some ideas.

I use one sort of like this. It holds a lot of paper. I got mine at Michael's for $5 on a sale.

Depending on how much paper you have, this would work too.

For some reason, the thing I was looking for wasn't available on this website. It's in this photo though. It's the box at the very top of the stack with the four vertical lines. I've seen it at some stores.

Here is another idea.

You can also buy the racks for paper like you see at scrapbooking stores. There weren't any on that site, but you can buy them probably online.

I hope this helps.

I got a clear plastic container for my 12x12 paper

Definitely worth every penny and can fit a TON of paper!!

I didn't purchase the exact container above but one like it but you can look around for the best price. :)

just between pieces of card board put a piece on top of each color and use a small piece as a tab on the outside to show the color

Don't they make special files for those? They're kind of like expanding files, only bigger for the odd sizes.

I store mine flat in a cabinet.
