I start on my back then when I'm falling asleep I turn onto my side,then I turn on my other side,then my stomach,then my back and then I get up and make a warm drink.I wish I could sleep better!

When I'm trying to sleep I will be on my side but during the rest of the night, I sleep on my back.

On my back, so I can put my legs up on my knee wedge. If I sleep on my stomach my back hurts so much I can't get out of bed -- or roll over so I can sleep on my back with my legs up on my knee wedge.
