hmm. It wouldn't surprise me if it was actually a lot more than 50%

I definitely got the job I have now through stretching the truth. I wasn't "Manager" of my last job like I claimed. I was just a marketing director.

and the dates were definitely changed and the "reason for changing jobs" was also tweaked just a liiiitle bit. lol.

My resume is slightly padded...there are some strategic omissions, but I don't just outright lie and say I worked somewhere or did something that I didn't. You'd be surprised at how many people lie (probably more than 50%), especially about their education or credentials.

in case you (or every physique else) are utilising for a job that particularly demands a diploma of a few variety the corporation will greater then possibly verify to be certain you have a required diploma. it somewhat is the job of the folk interior the personell workplace inspite of each and every thing. yet one greater reason is to lie approximately having a diploma is immoral and *possibly illeagle relying on the sector of artwork. The corporation is attempting to make what's observed as a "employment settlement". they adjust to hire and pay somebody they think of has a diploma. in the event that they hire you, pay you and that they later detect you probably did no longer have a diploma you will be charged with fraud (in some places) and you will possibly be fired instant by using fact it somewhat is embarassing for the corporate to be caught with unqualified workers and it somewhat is undesirable for company.

I have been putting out so many resumes these past 9 months. And for me, I have been honest in my educational background, and where and how long I have been employed. Experience that I have in a particular area. I do think some people EXAGERATE quite often though!

no, because they will always find out. I might lie on a phone number when I'm filling it out, but I will always call back and tell them the right one.
