How to explain? Both laces go down into the bottom pair of holes like normal, forming the first strait line. Take on lace and bring it up in the next hole, the other lace skips a hole and goes into the third hole. Now take the lace in the second hole and lace it straight across to the other number 2 hole and go down into it. Pull that one up and out of the forth hole. Now take the string in the third hole and take it straight across and down into the other number 3 hole. Pull it up through the number 5 hole. Take the lace in the number 4 hole and lace it straight across and down through the other number 4 hole. Repeat this until you have reached the last 2 holes. Each lace goes into a hole from underneath and then you can tie the shoes.
Let me know if this helps, or contact me and I will give you more help.

Take the laces and thread them into the bottom eyelets from the outside going inwards. Then take one of them and skip a hole and lace it through from the inside going outwards. Take the other one and do not skip a hole and thread it from the inside out and go across the shoe.
Continue to do this alternating skipping holes so that the laces will be going across straight . When you get to the top, the laces should be equal, if they are not, then you'll have to adjust the lengths.
Good luck.

Why try to be like the adverts, wearing docs used to be about making a statement saying you were different. It sounds like you wish to conform like the other sheep to me.
