From Iron Maiden - Piece of Mind: I would definitely go with The Trooper. This is hands down one of the greatest songs out there.
Seek and Destroy is not an album. It is a song from Metallica's first album, entitled Kill 'em All. And Seek and Destroy is probably one of the best songs from that album. Other greats from Kill 'em All are... The Four Horsemen and Metal Militia.
I don't listen to enough of the other bands to give you a good suggestion...Oh well
