A hipporeindeer who would lead Santa on a safari, which would require that Santa wear cabana clothes for half the journey and his regular winter clothes for the other half. I don't believe the polar bear would go for the cross breeding. It would make the bear very cross and unbearable.

How about a "bearhippodeer" not necessarily a white one, it could be a beige colour or even a grey-brown colour. It can swim under water, eats anything and has little tiny antlers that fall off in the summer months when it moults all the grey-brown fur and becomes totally white.
