All people hiding in that part of the plane end up dead, but simply because they freeze.

So if this case is correct, what made him burn like this?

Three thoughts come to mind when thinking of answers.
1 - He fell from the aircraft, and on the way down, hit power lines. The burns are from his body being electrocuted!
2 - He was stowed away in the landing gear, and it got pretty cold. In an effort to keep warm, he attempted to light a fire. The air rushing past the compartment, which is not airtight, stoked the fire he lit to an uncontrolled inferno, which burned him.
3 - He indeed fell from an aircraft, but it was actually a spacecraft...and he fell out during its entry into the earths atmosphere. Having no heat shields, he burned up.

Having read all the answers so far I think that Ghidorah has probably got the nearest answer. He hid in the landing gear of this aircraft and when it took off the wheels would be spinning at great speed. As soon as the landing gear, the wheels still spinning, came in contact with this man killing him with severe friction burns. Just before the plane landed at Charles de Gaulle airport the plane lowered the landing gear and the poor man fell out. .He would most certainly have died from the severe burns and not from the fall.

My guess would be that when the air plane was taking off, the wheels experience high levels of friction so I would imagine that when the landing gear is raised, the wheels are really hot, which may have ignited or come into contact with the man.

Totally wrong and very interesting. Sounds to me like it could be an extreme form of illegal immigration.
