When you back them into a corner like that, of course they are going to get defensive.
I know 3 or 4 people who voted for Bush and consider him now to be one of the worst ever.
It doesn't mean they were wrong for TRYING in the first place...
You have to admit, Bush looked alot better a few years ago than what he turned out to be... The country was absolutely "terrorized" and people thought he was our best bet at protecting freedom.... what a crock that turned out to be!

Even if these chuckleheads did regret it..they wouldn't admit it...look at the facts.....the current neo-con chickenhawks (except Mccain) are alll distancing themselves from Bush...it is obvious they regretted voting for him....

I didn't like him when I voted for him (twice), nor did I like his father (who I also voted for twice).
Given the alternatives however I had no choice, and do not regret that vote (given the alternatives). I would do it again, in fact, if offered the same alternatives.

I definitely do! My opinion really changed of him during the Hurricane Katrina aftermath. It was incomprehensible to me that he was off enjoying his vacation while people were drowning and dying. He seems so cold all the time and pissed off. He comes across as a know-it-all, which was not how he portrayed himself in his run for office...you remember all that "uniter not a divider" crap he kept saying.
I can't wait to be rid of him...his legacy is going to be as one of the worst presidents in US history.

Not at all.
When considering the choices in 2000 and 2004, Bush was by far the best choice.
I thank God that he was our President during the past 7 years.

No. I only wish he was an actual conservative instead of a semi-conservative. He was far better than the alternatives though.
