Have you ever been timed? Personally, I'm a slow runner... actually, I find running highly overrated! But given the right "motivation" who knows? So, what kind of runner are you? Fast? Slow?

Back in the say, I ran a sub-4.8 40 yards, and a sub-5 minute mile.
That was back when Reagan was in the White House, though.

Hmm.. I continuously run with out an ipod. What reason are you walking the mile for? Is it for amusement or are you aiming to conclude first? If you're walking it for amusement, and all you desire to do is to entire the mile; then having an ipod on could be first-rate for you:) However, if you're walking the mile as a race, then my recommendation could be nor to make use of it. You might get over excited with it and it should have an impact on your run. If I run a mile for a race, I run and I simply appear immediately forward. All i consider approximately is my respiring, nonetheless not too long ago I have mechanically began counting my steps..unusual huh? haha But if this is a race, the Ipod could be first-rate to get you going earlier than the race. well good fortune!

Well despite that I'm not an athletic person at all...I can run pretty fast...only for about 15 seconds though because I get tired quickly.

pretty quick, i run around 6-7 mph on the treadmill... is started 2 years ago running going slower, like 3-4 mph, over time you'll get better and faster at running.
