where can i find a small hand cursor?

Click on Start
Click on Control Panel
Click the button that says "Appearance and Themes"
Click Mouse Properties
Click the Tab that says "Pointers"
Select the Pointer you'd like to use and click Apply
Then close the window
Ta-da! You have a hand pointer!
