Vascular tissue does this. There are two types of vascular tissue: xylem for transporting water and dissolved minerals and phloem for transporting food molecules.

Memory tricks:
Phloem and food both start with an "f" sound.
Xylem and water both start with letters at the end of the alphabet ... W, X, Y, Z.
