No snow here in central NJ - just like being inside a snow cone, all slushy and wet.
OK. OK! I'm going out to shovel the slush now. I don't want to wake up and find that the whole driveway is a skating rink in the morning when the flooring contractors arrive.
A few hours later......... There was about 60% slush and 40% leaves that I shovelled in the dark. Then I went to repark one of the cars and I heard noises at my neighbor's house that sounded like 4-5 rifle shots going off. That was one big tree that fell apart from the ice. I can't wait to see what it looks like in the morning. So glad it didn't fall on me while I was shovelling.

there is often uncertainty in climate forecasts, and forecasting the "possibility of rain" fairly than "rain" or "no rain" is a sturdy thank you to precise it. at the instant the share is arrived at after working a working laptop or laptop style (or numerous of them) with somewhat diverse and heavily chosen commencing circumstances. each and every run of the style wiill the two say "rain" or "no rain". The fraction of runs announcing "rain" supplies the share possibility. A properly designed forecasting device like this may be "solid" and it will rain x% of the activities that it forecasts x% possibility of rain. it somewhat isn't any longer continuously the case, and the device could have a bias the two way. in case you do no longer concepts getting moist 30% of the time you will basically take a coat or unbrella to artwork whilst the forecast possibility is greater effective than 30%. that must be your threshold for that determination. you will be able to offer different thresholds for different judgements concerning rainfall. Forecasts in this style are very usefull. You wait. they are going to be sending you the possibility density functionality of rainfall (and each little thing else) on your cellular telephone interior one in all those a graph or some thing. you have lots climate tips you will no longer understand what to do with it. however the guy making plans to pour concrete on your new driveway will. And so will many different canny operators. Suck it up; you ain't seen nothin' yet.
