It depends on the type of pudding I'm eating.
If it's something like a hot chocolate fudge cake i prefer ice cream or cream
If its like an apple pie then i prefer custard.
Why wasn't ice-cream one of your options? I quite like ice cream with my pudding

Personally I prefer both custard and cream. If I am going to overdose on fats then I may as well go the whole hog.
