I was going to buy the Burton Custom 156cm snowboard, but the waist width is only 247mm and I wear size 9-10 shoes. Will I have a problem with toe drag?

this will depend on how much angle you set your bindings to

You won't - especially if your bindings have built in "lifters" which lift your boots about 1/4" to 3/8" above your board - that and the bevel at the toe and heel of your boot will give you plenty of clearance for even the biggest angle you will ever edge.

Good Luck

Good advice by that guy Deano above, you should do what he says and you should have not much more than about 1cm overhang on both your toe or heel edge, Much more than this then you should really get a wide board or if possible try and ride slightly more ducked so to eliminate the overhang, Good Luck.

Heres an idea, lay the board on the ground, put on your boots, and stand on it. if your toes or heel hang over the edge, you will either need lifters, or a wider board.
