I need to know what is ionisation in Lewis structures. I have looked on the internet and all I can find is how to do them. I have to write a paper on it and It is due Monday. Help PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSE

You can write a Lewis structure for the cations or the anions. I don't know what more you're looking for.

the octet rule (associated with Lewis amongothers) can help you predict which ions are likely to form, especially at eachend of a period. Is that what you mean?
