in North Carolina you have to be 21. my older brother tried to get one this summer and no one would give him one because he was only 20.

Hotels require you to be at least 18 years of age to rent a room and show proof of your age with I.D.
They also ask for a major credit card (Visa, AMEX, MC, Discover) when you check into the hotel as well so that any phone calls, room service, ect. can automatically be billed.

It depends on which hotel you stay at...most hotels you have to be 18 that way if something happens to the room they can charge an adult with the crime...But for some hotels you have to be 21. Just call and ask the hotel that you are going to stay at if they have an age limit on renting rooms.

18, some places 21, and you need an ID and usually a credit card. Sorry you're out of luck.

depends on where. the laws have been changing and a lot of hotels changed from you have to be 18 to you have to be 21. my sister got married when she was 19 and they had trouble trying to find a hotel that would allow them to stay because they were under 21. but since it was their honeymoon, one hotel let them slide. and either way, you have to have and id.

Yes you need to be 18 and they will only give you a room if you have identification. I hate that...
