I mail to the out-of-towners and drop off to the neighbors. If I don't wanna hang around, I just tell them I still have shopping to do and go.

No, of course it is NOT tackless to give a Christmas card personally. I think that is very personable and nice!

I normally just insert my Christmas card with the present I am giving to the recipient.

Because I live kind-of far from my side of the family I have to mail it. But I think it's fine if you are going to someones house if you take it over by hand. I think it shows more thought to it. Only because of how busy it is during the holidays.

nicely they do no longer, almost. they only elect to regulate it as a low fee subsidy for the unsolicited mail commerce and dictate what the placed up place of job can and are not waiting to do based basically on lobbyist and constituent whining. the suitable ingredient they elect is to launch the placed up place of artwork from govt manage. If the placed up place of work have been left to run itself like a commerce instead of on the whims of congress, there could be no economic quandary in any appreciate - yet funds dropping options like Saturday transport and large-low fee unsolicited mail could stop.
