I like romantic movies especially Emma, Pride and Prejudice and Persuasion by Jane Austen. I like the ones like Pride and Prejudice where at first they hate each other and then they fall in love. I saw that BBC one of North and South with Thornton and it was kind of like Pride and Prejudice. Anyone know of any movies? I've seen the different adaptions like Pride and Prejudice so im looking for different movies. Thanks

There is a new movie out called Atonement. The same directors who made Pride and Prejudice.

I really like the BBC one with Darcy played by Colin Firth. You'll probably like "Sense and Sensibility" also a book turned into a movie but not as good as Pride and Prejudice.
"Emma" with Gwenyth Paltrow. She plays matchmaker set in the same period.

You should watch " When calls the heart" movie and there is also a tv series just saying...it is based on one of the books by Janette Oke..You must watch the movie first before the tv series...of the same name..."When calls the heart"...:)
