Unless it's snapped, you should be able to just push it back on. There will be a click and it will stay fixed. If it's actually broken, you'll either need to find a replacement or get the glue out....

hi mate
this is more of a problem for a specific laptop repair specialist, although if you still have the key it may be possible to re affix it yourself, take a look at "toms hardware" at http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/13415-28-fixing-laptop-keyboards-partial-success
however i found a excellent tutorial showing you how to re attach a key back on your laptop...take a look...http://www.laptoprepair101.com/laptop/2007/03/20/key-fell-off-keyboard/
i hope this helps
good luck mate !

My son pulled my "a" out! It just slots back in, but I have to SLAM it every time now - not ideal! Imagine what a sentence would look like if you removed the "a's".

Well if it is a apple, they come off all the time

Don't worry about it unless the button doesn't work

If this really bothers you go to circuit city or best buy and they can do something

Hope I helped :]

If the pivotal plastic mechanism is still in place then place the keycap on top. Align it properly and then press it down firmly.
