I've never been able to figure out how to make meringue for the top of a banana creme or lemon pie. I've tried but I either burn it or it melts flats and drips off the edge of the pie. Very tricky.

Pie crust. I know you can buy it already made. But I want to be able to make it myself and whenever I try it is just pitiful...worse than pitiful.
