depends on who I am talking to. A grown up it's stomach. If it's a child belly or tummy, usually belly.

Stomach is the name . Belly and tummy are other names. I usually think that when someone says belly, they mean the whole digestive system. Like when they go to the doctor and say they have a belly ache.The doc asks where it hurts and they say down here and point to their gut. The same with tummy. The stomach is the pouch that the food goes into.
