Im 18 and im 5'3, is there any chance that i will grow taller?

You're unlikely to get more than half an inch.
Don't worry, my mum is 5'3" and curvy and gorgeous and gets so much attention, whereas I am tall, thin and awkward!
Being tall is not all its cracked up to be!

If you're lucky you will get another inch. My sister was 5'3 until she was 20 and she gained an inch.

I was wondering that same thing I'm like 5'4 and I just turned 18, my dad is only like 5'6 lol and my mom was 5'7 my brother is 5'10 my sister is 5'5.

Sorry, but probably not. You may add an inch or so, but no more assuming you have started menstruation.
