Easy! do every good things to other people that you wish other people to do to you AND try to avoid to do anything bad to others that you don,t like anybody to do to you.

You have to start somewhere so make the best decisions you can at the time. The answer may change depending on when and where you are. I think this is a lifelong deal, not an easy one time answer.
