They are in pro football in 2007. I will not extend that comment beyond that fact.
The top quarterbacks RIGHT NOW
Brady
Manning
Romo
Favre
Brees (this one can be argued)
My god, everybody is chicken &*&^ to even talk about this issue in a sane manner.
What if the question were:
Are blacks better basketball players
Are blacks better sprinters
Are whites better hockey players
And regarding the thumbs down. Does anybody actually think that those quarterbacks are not the top RIGHT NOW in the NFL. If so, you're nuts

True for now. Peyton, Brady...Hell all of the good white QBs are great pocket passers that can't run which =longevity. Most all black QBS run RG3/Vick which = injury risk in the NFL. If players like RG3 had Peyton Manning legs they would be better off IMO. However, players like RG3 are the evolution of the game. So do whites make better qbs? Maybe by default for now.lol What do you call a white guy surrounded by 10 black guys? You know how hard it is to do a 5 step drop with a 12"....

It doesn't matter what race you are. Your ability to get the ball down the field and do it under pressure defines the difference between a mediocre quarterback and a good one. BUt overall most of the greats happen to be white. You normally wuldn't see a hispanic quarterback in the NFL either. then Tony Romo comes along and has done wonders this season. Then again, he's also half white.

Historically I'd say yes. Does that matter for the future? No. Black running backs pretty much make up the top ten of all time if you don't include Riggins or maybe I'm forgetting someone. For the most part the guy who has the job is the best for the job now days.
Also, the guy makes the QB no matter the color. For every Cunningham you have a Plummer. Every McNabb you have a Steve Young.
Steve Young is the best scrambling QB to ever play football period.
I'm sorry but Kordel Stewart is a bum just like any other bum QB who got a lot of hype for having a big arm, fast feet, or great athleticism. He was simply not a winner no matter the O coordinator. How many O coordinators has Favre had? Vick? Warren Moon?

All of you are taking this question out of hand. For God sake it was an observation. Cannot anyone make an observation and then a question without being called a racist. In his observation and many others including mine Whites have been better QB's. People get over with it, it was damn question not a treat against any race.

No, just like black people don't make the best wide receivers. It's the people that really want to play those positions and the ones that give them the chance to excel. Warren Moon is considered to be one of the best QBs ever (not THE best..but one of). Come on, race has nothing to do with how good someone is at anything. It's the mentality of the players themselves and the competition they face and overcome that makes them great players.
100% it's all about inner-drive and motivation. Welcome to the 21 Century. Race doesn't matter...it only matters if you yourself let it matter. That goes along with letting words affect you. They only affect you if you let them affect you. If you don't, they don't. If you let them, they do.
Understand too - I'm answering your very general question. If you were talking about Historically, I would have agreed with you because of the sheer numbers of white QBs compared to "black" QBs. But asking if a person race makes them better at something is absurb. People of all colors are assimilating into different cultures and activities that once were thought exclusively to a certain race or culture. For example, some of the great up and coming Gospel singers are White females. That would not have been the case 3-5 years ago.
Please recognize the world is changing....thanks.

The color of a man's skin has no bearing on his success in the NFL regardless of his position. What is on the inside is the only thing that matters. And that goes from head to toe.
Now, let me ask a question: Would Tiger Woods or the Williams sisters be better players if they were white?

I can understand your question and will give you a deserved answer and not some sligh comment.
I don' think it has to do with race but more of a mental state. White QB's like Manning, Brady, etc seem to have more pocket IQ and seem to have longer careers because of their intelligence.
As for black QB's, they are notorious for being scrambling QB's. Which can be beneficial if the teams offense calls for it, however, scrambling QB's are more prone to injury therefor careers last shorter and do not have a long career to put up the big numbers.
History shows it. If you were to come up with the Top 10 QB's ever, how many would be black?

If you made every QB in NFL history take an IQ test and then separated the test by the QB's race, I would bet a large sum of money that the white QB's scores would be significantly higher than the black Qb's. I think that this factor makes white QB's decision making ability superior. On the other hand, black QB's are overall much better athletes. Bring on the thumbs down. I find it humorous when so called intelligent people turn a blind eye to cold hard facts in an effort to be politically correct.
