Hopefully one day you will pull into your local burger joint and hear Roger's voice saying, "would you like fries with that?"
Then it will also be quite nice to see Mr. Bonds picking up roadside litter in an orange jumpsuit.
Oh, and lest I forget: having Mr. Tejada say to you, "Will this be a fill-up today, sir?" That'll be most excellent!
All should suffer the same fate as Pete Rose. No exceptions.

Clemens may be. He is the only one close to Bonds stature. Bonds problem was that he was so arrogant and unlikable anyway that the press had a field day getting back at him. Plus he broke Hank Aaron's home run record which is considered the greatest record in all of sports and Hank Arron is such an outstanding human being in every way, so that made people hate Bonds more. Clemens was fairly arrogant himself but not as obnoxious as Bonds. I feel the press will be all over him for a while though. I doubt he ever plays again so we won't really get to see the fan reaction.

I don't think it will happen in America, but it would only be fair. Bonds received an immense amount of hatred and negativity every where he played. Most were thrilled when Bonds was finally indicted. Now that a big name like Roger Clemens is involved i can't wait to see how fans respond.

bonds is/was the biggest name in sports. what he did for 3 years was the most dominating performance in sports since babe ruth. his name was associated with balco early on and the closer he got to aarons record, the brighter the light shown on him. then the shadows book came out.
there is more evidence on bonds than any other player. also, the others arent under indictment for lying to a grand jury. so, the short answer is no.
HOWEVER, all of these players will pay a huge price. the only reson bonds takes more heat is, he is simply bigger than the others, even clemens.

No, Bonds has been the poster child for steroid use because sportswriters have long had a personal vendetta against him and have tried to crucify him because of this. You could also claim there are some racial undercurrents to this witchhunt. I'm guessing 20% of players were on steroids or HGG during this era, and that is a conservative estimate. Yet Bonds was the only one having fake syringes thrown at him on the field. HYPOCRITS!

They better be.
Bonds has gone through hell for a long while now... if Clemens, Pettite, Tejada, Gagne, etc. dont get flamed for it, then that's just lame. People just kept attacking Bonds for steroid use cuz of his crappy attitude, but left Giambi alone cuz he's sort of nice.

No, probably not. Andy Pettitte and Clemens both used steroids. I bet they'll barely be mentioned. They all deserve fines.
