Using either synthetic or long division you will get 5x + 2 as an answer.

How many times does 2x go into 10x^2, 5x times. Once you subtract the 10x^2 +10x out, you will end up with 4x + 4, and 2x + 2 goes into that two times.

Make sure you show your work, as this is where all the marks come from.
