can you tell me how to win the audition and capture the hearts of the directors and producers and authors and fellow actors? caus eive had my calling, I'm just not fit for it.

The only way to get any role is to train and be ready for it when the audition comes up. When you walk in, you are friendly, courteous, suited to the role and wel prepared then you may get it if you are better than everyone else and you fit well with others they are casting. You can't just expect it to happen, you have to work for it. Get into voice lessons, acting classes, and dance classes and work hard.

I'd like your second sentence explained better.
The best thing you can do at audition to impress the directors, is to have lots of energy and have lots of fun doing the audition. most people approach auditions with fear and anxiety, but if you can show you are haveing a blast doing the audition, you will indeed capture the hearts of the auditors.

When you audition, in your mind, tell yourself you already have the part. The mind, and its´ thoughts, are very powerful, and if you think you have the part, you will get the part!
