No, while it was heavy " petting" that is not considered sex and therefore there is no statutory rape involved.

Nop. No sex , so no rape. In Oregon, if you did have sex, it would still not be statutory rape, because you need to be at least 3 years older than the minor for it to be legally considered statutory rape. Many states have this guideline. Look it up.

There are degrees of assault , and sexual assault that fall short of actual intercourse. If it was a bit of consensual fooling around then you are probably in the clear although the fact that the girl is a minor is an issue . . What used to be called "heavy petting" involving contact with the breasts or genitals may be another matter.

It would depend on the exact wording of the statutes in your state , and to some degree the opinion of the district attorney.

If you don't know the answer to that, You're living on another planet. I will say that your lips and tongue have no business in the ear of a 15 year old, but then you probably have a childlike personality and no mature lady will give you the time of day.

I wouldnt concider this statutory rape because you did not have sex. But others concider that it would be because if the teen is under 16 no matter what it would be concidered statutory rape if you are 18.

Nope - you have to actually have sex to qualify for statutory rape. You might want to ask your mom to explain the process.

My guess is that it would depend on what state you live in & what their particular laws are. Also, if it really comes down to it...it's her word against yours. If she cries rape (which I've heard of some girls doing to be vindictive when guys have left them) & or if her parent's found out & are pursuing the matter on her behalf, but there's no physical evidence (injuries / semen) it'd be a hard case to make.

State and local laws apply, not just federal.

In some areas you can be gotten for intent on stat rape. Usually the punishment is much lighter, but you should check your area to see if its possible.

Depending on your location the age of consent is different. In Canada I think that after 14 you can consent and therefore it can't be rape if she agree to do it.
