I won't vote for him, but he would certainly be a more attractive candidate overall. He would definitely pull more of the moderate undecided vote than Hillary or Obama.

John Edwards is not only safe, but the safest Democrat and Presidential Candidate to vote for. I supported him in 2004 and I support him today. I think he's the only chance we have. If you are a reader, get Four Trials by John Edwards. I just finished it. When you read it you will begin to understand how his mind and his heart work. It's really a good book.
He is the leader that will turn this country around. Have you heard anyone else brave or bold enough to already be promising to withdraw congress' health care if they don't approve universal health care for the 47 million people without it?

John Edwards is way below Hilary Clinton and Barack Obama in the rankings for Democrat nomination as Presidential candidate.

I think Obama has the best chance cause he's like Carter a promise of real change. Maybe even his lack of experience is a plus if you want to change the system.
Hillary would be hated so much by the end that would be detrimental to the party.
Edwards would have a big challenge keeping up his promise to fight all corporations.....

I am a republican from NC where Edwards is from, and 4 yrs ago I didn't believe a thing he said. But this time around I think he actually does want the job and he is showing now that he has a direction. He was clearly the best at the Iowa debate today, and I think he would be a pres that would fight for the people. I truly hopes he gets the nod from the Dems at their convention. I would have to actually consider voting cross party if he did.

You may never know how the candidates actually are until they are President and under fire. But I do believe you can tell a Man by the small decisions He makes. You can talk the " I been Poor" talk as much as you want. But $400.00 haircuts are just BS, and give you an inner look into someones psyche.

Best choice for democrats is Dennis Kucinich because he is honest, I don't agree with some of ideas but honesty is all you need to have a good president since they surround themselves with think tanks and great minds.

Oh no, he's a really safe pick: he has almost as little a chance of winning as Hillary does.
