What do you think should be the penalty for Brown? Who reduced a Gay to tears by "Shouting at him".
The Gay (Spencer Livermore,Downing Street Director of Political Strategy) was "Badly scarred" and it was last reported that he was being "Comforted by Friends" (place your own interpretation on THAT)
How much time in the Slammer do you think should be given to Gay Gordon?
One knows how distressed these poor boys can get.!
Especially on the receiving end of a Jock "Hissy-Fit"
Do you think that the poor dear will ever recover?

It is quite a simple question.
A law is being brought out whereby you can get 7 years in Jail for making a joke about a Gay.
Gordon Brown reduced a Gay to tears, and left him emotionally scarred!
I merely asked what sentence should Brown receive for his "Cruel and Unusual" treatment of a Gay?

In this day and age, you are not allowed to decide whether you agree or disagree with something. The decision will be forced on you by law.

I don't agree with gays, I think it's not natural. A plug is made for a socket and vice versa. I don't insult gays, they keep themselves to themselves and I'll keep myself to myself. I probably don't understand what a gay is, but there again, I don't want to.

I disagree that they can get married and have the same rights as a "normal" couple.

I disagree that they can adopt a child. They made a choice that they can't breed.

I disagree that a gay female couple can buy sperm and have a baby. If you want a baby, you should be in a relationship with the opposite sex.

Those are my views, probably the views of lots of others as well.

I assume that this proposed law is therefore from gays wanting to force their views onto all. I can't make any comment about Brown because I don't bother with the papers.

Why can't we disagree about gays?

Homophobic content aside (you really shouldn't you know) the wider issue is a worrying one, people are being drawn into believing that the world is perfect and everyone will treat them like precious porcelein. We are turning into a nation of wimps, People are offered counselling even when they are not directly involved in an incident. PTSD is is often used as an excuse not to get on with living, and lawyers are doing a roaring trade in "blame" cases. Kids are not allowed to play incase they get hurt, the list goes on.The world has gone mad.

I assume this was in Great Britain and not here and the states! But we have the same problems occurring here too with these "special interest" fringe groups like gays and illegal immigrants. Say a cross word or look at em cross eyed and they immediately cry foul and go and run behind the governments skirts like the cowards they are! Recently a white woman was beaten on a bus by a gang of black men and charges were not filed as a "hate crime" since the district attorney did not wish to cause un do criticisms. If a black woman had been attacked by a group of white men, they all would have been charged with a hate crime and be called bigots and racist hate mongers!------Tell the poor lil gay man to be a Man for once and take his lumps like the rest of us!! What a wussie!

Time in jail for shouting at someone? What kind of stupid silliness is that?

Were there threats of physical violence involved? If not then I don't see how there could be.

HUH? You should be worried about yourself. You're a guy, and you said 'hissy fit' and 'poor dear' all in one paragraph! Is there something you're not admitting to yourself?

i'm going to start a new all male support group called 'heterosexuals against hatred' because we are now the only group in society that are not protected by law. stand up brothers and be counted (don't stand too close together or you'll be banned for life)
