also because of this i cant acess run or shut down from my account

It really depends on what the Trojan is, but the top reason that a file cant be removed is that its still running.
Usually the removal of Trojans/Viri/etc involves cleaning your registry, so as much as I hate giving this advice, taking it to a professional or reformating your computer will be the way to go.

Reboot the computer in Safe Mode and rerun the viruses scanner. Usually if it can not remove a virus, it is because one or more of the files are "in use". Booting in Safe Mode prevents them from loading and allows you to clean them.
To get into Safe Mode, turn on the PC and begin to repeatedly press the F* key until you get the Safe Mode option screen.
