The formula is your going from (molecules-atoms) , so wouldn' t the set up be 42 molecules of glucose(then 6.02 times 10^23)over how many molecules in glucose(C6H12O60 use the periodic table to find the atomic mass/ weight which i think would be 180).

To solve:
Multiply 42 molecules times 6.028 times 10^23 and divide by 180. Then you would get your answer.

6 C + 12 H + 6 O = 24 atoms

Multiply the number of atoms in 1 molecule by 42.
