1) Dan Marino ( no brainer, best qb ever by numbers)
2) Warren Moon (If he played in NFL his whole career would have won one)
3) Dan Fouts
4) Jim Kelly
5. Fran Tarkenton

Hey, I really like your list. Your order is OK also. A couple could be changed, but, Marino is definitely at the top of the list to never have won a Superbowl. I don't think he's the best ever however.

My list looks exactly like yours. Marino is a no brainer. He should join the Patriots out of retirement and be a 3rd or 4th string guy just to get a ring.

100% agree with your picks. Especially Dan Marino. It still bothers me that he hasn't won a Super Bowl ring.

What about Troy Aikman and Joe Montana? I'm positive Aikman has 3 Superbowl rings and Montana has like 4 rings.
Oh my bad, thumbs down for me, I didn't read the never to win a ring part. I'd have to say dan Marino is the best to never win one.

I would agree with your order too. Maybe Fouts instead of Randall. But just my two cents!
