I'm am being forced, as with previous years, to bundle my children against the brutal winter cold and go over the river and through the woods to grammas house. Once there, I will endure countless hours of being ignored as the family outcast and the oddball for being divorced (yet again) waiting for everyone else and their happy little families to get done eating. Afterwards I shall clean grammas kitchen, file the leftovers for future reference by whomever shall be left to fend for themselves, and pray that my children are ready to depart, gifts in hand on the long trek home. Upon returning to my home sweet home I shall collapse in exhaustion, thanking whatever deity it was that allowed me to make it through another holiday season and praying next year wont be the same although I'm positive it will be and the same scenario will keep playing itself out, like a horrible version of the movie "Ground Hog Day" but with no epiphany at the conclusion.

Probably nothing because I can't be who I want to be with so to me it will be another day and if I can get away with it I plan on sitting at home and work.

spend time with family....and happily watch my niece and cousins open all their gifts :) christmas with my family laughing and remembering what started it all..nothing like a childs smile to make everything worthwhile. merry christmas to you and i hope u get all u dream for.
