When you're trying to conceive, you simply have sex, then when ejaculation occurs, don't move for a while (most will recommend 15-30 minutes). This gives the semen ample opportunity to get past the cervical opening and into the uterine cavity.

The cervix will NEVER open except when you're giving birth. The penis will NEVER be able to enter the passage (which is usually only about the diameter of a pencil lead).

The penis does not go through the cervix during sex--it just won't fit! Semen that is deposited in the vagina contains sperm cells that can make their way through the cervix.

Any type of unprotected genital contact can present a risk of pregnancy. There are even cases when a woman has become pregnant from semen deposited outside the body near the entrance to the vagina. If any semen can make its way into the vagina there is a possibility of pregnancy.

To lower the chances of pregnancy and getting an STD it is best to use a condom during sex. The pill is very effective at preventing pregnancy but doesn't prevent STDs, so even if a woman is taking the pill she should still use a condom.

You just need semen to get pregnant. The penis cannot go into the cervix. The opening is too small. Did you mean vagina? Either way, you just need the semen.

Those little swimming critters can be inserted any way you want. On you fingers, in a turkey baster. They just have to be in the correct location. That's why you can get pregnant just fooling around.
